Association of mutant beta-Nrxn1ΔC with Nlgn1 initiates early after expression. HA-immunoprecipitates from the cortex of control and beta-Nrxn1ΔC mice left untreated (off DOX) or treated with DOX for 14 days and allowed to re-express the mutant beta-Nrxn1ΔC protein for 30 days (on/off DOX) were incubated with antibodies against HA, Nlgn1, Nlgn2, Nlgn3 and LRRTM2, as indicated. Nlgn1 is selectively recovered in beta-Nrxn1ΔC immunoprecipitates
