GAS decreases the mRNA level of Ccl2 and Ccr2 and activated the Ccr2/Akt/Gsk-3β pathway after OGD in BV2 cells. A Compared with the control group, the mRNA levels of Ccl2 and Ccr2 were significantly increased in the OGD group and decreased after GAS treatment.
