GAS inhibits the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1β through the Ccr2/Akt/Gsk-3β pathway. A RS102895 did not cause significant BV2 cell death in the 0 ~ 200 ng/mL range by CCK8. B Western blotting showed that the phosphorylation levels of Akt and Gsk-3β were significantly increased and the expression levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly decreased in the OGD + RS102895 group compared with the OGD group.
